VP Rubber
VP Rubber – Injected Soles represents Vapesol’s latest strategic investment in the development and production of injection-moulded vulcanised rubber soles. Started in the summer of 2025, this new area is the result of an investment focused on introducing advanced technology and state-of-the-art production processes in the rubber sector.
The injection vulcanisation process is based on the rigorous application of heat and pressure in a closed mould, resulting in soles with high dimensional precision, excellent repeatability and consistent technical performance. The total integration of the production process — from the preparation of raw materials to injection — ensures rigorous control of parameters and industrial autonomy that sets us apart in the European market.
We use synthetic and natural rubber to produce soles with an optimal balance of physical properties. This material stands out for its abrasion resistance, flexibility and good performance at low temperatures, ensuring durability, comfort and dimensional stability throughout the product’s life cycle.
VP Rubber soles are developed to meet the requirements of different footwear segments, allowing for versatility in terms of design, thickness and geometry, without compromising technical performance.
