VP GRAVITY FREE is the latest generation of EVA (Expanded Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) soles, a material of excellence recognised for its lightness, flexibility and resistance. Three times lighter than other compounds with similar properties, EVA acts as a natural shock absorber, providing superior comfort and reducing impact on the feet and spine. The EVA line offers monocolour solutions that are extremely lightweight and flexible, ideal for high-performance footwear.

Vapesol works with all types of expansion of this material, from 1.1/1.2, including the more traditional 1.4, up to 1.8.

The new EVA Bicolor by Injection technology combines two colours in a single production process, maintaining the properties of the material and allowing for bold, exclusive and sustainable designs by reducing waste and optimising production.

More recently, Vapesol has successfully tested an EVA with anti-static properties, which dissipates accumulated static energy, preventing sparks and increasing user safety in flammable environments. The combination of these solutions reflects Vapesol’s commitment to innovation, comfort and safety, enhancing the performance and quality of professional and fashion footwear.
