Investigation

Trend analysis, constant search for new solutions, materials and processes.

Production

Great productive capacity: 25000 pairs per day, we have an internal locksmith for mold reparation and adjustment and the creation of tools.

Design

We develop our own collection and create customized concepts and projects.

Fast prototyping

We develop mock-ups in 3 business days and molds in 5 business days, considering a project with medium degree of difficulty.

Quality control

We have a laboratory that allows us to ensure the material’s top quality. We received the Quality Management System (QMS) certification, according to NP EN ISO 9001: 2015.

Circular economy and recycling

We have processes that promote circular economy throughout the production process through the reuse of waste or non conforming products We produce soles with recycled material.

Manual customiztion

Collages (for instance: gluing TPU applications to an EVA sole), special finishes, detail painting, splash effect paint, leather imitation, custom finishes.

Automatic customization

Application of accessories (for instance, studs application), sewn work, tampography, laser, milling (enabling to create friezes on the soles), treatment of EVA soles (preparation for glueing / assembly, chemical carding).

Pad Printing

Pad printing in the sole industry is a highly efficient printing method for applying logos, brands or textures to soles, ensuring exceptional durability and resistance.

With this technique, Vapesol manages to customize the soles according to the preferences and needs of each client, adding aesthetic value and strengthening the brand’s identity in a unique and striking way.
