CIRCULAR ECONOMY AND RECYCLING
We have processes that promote circular economy throughout the production process through the reuse of waste or non conforming products We produce soles with recycled material.
Collages (for instance: gluing TPU applications to an EVA sole), special finishes, detail painting, splash effect paint, leather imitation, custom finishes.
Application of accessories (for instance, studs application), sewn work, tampography, laser, milling (enabling to create friezes on the soles), treatment of EVA soles (preparation for glueing / assembly, chemical carding).
Pad printing in the sole industry is a highly efficient printing method for applying logos, brands or textures to soles, ensuring exceptional durability and resistance.
With this technique, Vapesol manages to customize the soles according to the preferences and needs of each client, adding aesthetic value and strengthening the brand’s identity in a unique and striking way.
