EVA Antimicrobial

Footwear is part of human history, both in terms of the world economy and our quality of life, making it indispensable not only for aesthetic but also cultural reasons.

Taking into account Vapesol’s technological DNA combined with a beautiful challenge, we set out to go further and create an antimicrobial sole, taking into account the international standards ISO 16187:2013 (test to evaluate antibacterial activity) and ISO 20150:2019 (to evaluate antifungal activity).

Through tests carried out at certified organisations, we have concluded that our EVA material is resistant to the most common bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella Pneumoniae) as well as one of the most pathogenic fungi (Candida albicans).

As always, Vapesol is one step ahead.
